Returns

Goods must be returned within 28 days from receipt of delivery but we must receive notification within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Once recieved replacements/refunds will be processed.

Delivery charge is non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged. Notice of return must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Please note we will not be able to refund or exchange any goods that have been damaged by the customer (stains, deodorant marks). The goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition. The items are your responsibility until we have received the items; we advise that you use a postal service that insures your goods and recorded delivery
